These photographs document some of the scenes I use within my work to inspire the composition, form and colour of both my drawing and stitch. These particular photographs were collected throughout the summer, autumn and winter months from various locations. I thought it might be interesting to compare how the colour and form of trees alter according to the change in season. I enjoy the dark silouettes of the tree form against the background.
